Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@my-wellness.co.za and we will supply you with an address in order to exchange the product You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your item is deemed damaged or defective upon assessment, you will you receive a refund for the return shipping as well as a total refund of your purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Users may place orders for Goods, which My Wellness may accept or reject. Whether or not My Wellness accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment or payment authorisation by My Welllness for the Goods. My Wellness will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, My Wellness will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods.
