If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@my-wellness.co.za and we will supply you with an address in order to exchange the product You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your item is deemed damaged or defective upon assessment, you will you receive a refund for the return shipping as well as a total refund of your purchase.

My Wellness will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
