Non Dutched, Non Alkalised
Cacao powder is rich in flavonoid, a type of phenolic acid. The amount of flavonoid depends on the amount of processing and manufacturing the cacao powder undergoes, but cacao powder can contain up to 10% of its weight in flavonoid.
However, its alkalization, also known as Dutch processing, causes its content of
flavonoid to be substantially reduced. This product is raw cacao powder that has not been processed with alkalization, therefore, all the necessary flavonoids are still readily available.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix one tablespoon in your salad, breakfast muesli or any other snacks. We recommend 2 tablespoons daily.
AFTER USE, SEAL THE BAG AND STORE IT IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
